Storm Water Resource PlanThe Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (YCFC&WCD) submitted a Proposition 1 grant application to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) on behalf of the WRA in March 2016 and was successful in receiving an award for $325,000 for a total project cost of about $690,000. The YCFC&WCD was the grant administrator. The grant funds were used to develop a Storm Water Resource Management Plan and a Water Evaluation and Planning System (WEAP) model through the Stockholm Environment Institute. The Technical Advisory Committee consisted of the SWRCB, consultants, the Cities of Davis, West Sacramento, Woodland, and Winters, the County of Yolo, Madison Community Service District, YCFC&WCD, and the University of California, Davis.
