The WRA hosted a series of three community workshops to seek input from the public regarding important water issues and potential solutions. The WRA used the information from these workshops, as well as other public outreach efforts, to prioritize water-related programs and projects for which the WRA or its member agencies will seek funding for implementation. The workshops included presentations from key people involved with the Yolo County IRWMP. Opportunities were made for attendees to ask questions of the team and to engage in dialogue with team members.
The IRWMP was completed in April 2007. The results of the public involvement process are detailed in the Yolo County Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP) in Appendix D and Appendix E. Responses to public input received are detailed in IRWMP Appendix F.
